CE verification is automatically provided for all attendees. To receive CE credit for course attendance, attendees must scan their badge at the entry door of the course and upon exiting. They system will then calculate the amount of time an attendee is present and award the credit appropriately. In order to receive 1 hour of CE credit, an attendee must be present in a course a minimum of 50 of the 60 minutes.
FDC2017 attendees will be emailed their CE certificate automatically on June 26, 2017. Attendees can also obtain a printed CE verification certificate at any time after the end of the course. CE stations are located in the Exhibit Hall through Saturday until 2 p.m. or on the classroom level on Saturday from 2 p.m to 6 p.m. CE certificates can be accessed for free online on the FDC website until Sept. 1, 2017. After that date, there is a cost to obtain a CE certificate. Only credit for full course attendance will be automatically added to your CE certificate. Credit for partial course attendance will be added to CE certificates no later than July 22, 2017
All verified course attendance will be automatically submitted to CE Broker for Florida licensed dentists or hygienist on their behalf no later than July 22, 2017. Your CE certificate will list all purchased courses (except credit for partial course attendance, which will be added to CE certificates no later than July 22, 2017), however credit will not be reported to CE Broker for NC course codes. NC courses will be listed as zero credit hours on your CE certificate as these courses are none-credit.
Each state varies on what is accepted for CE and those courses, NC courses can be self-reported
to CE Broker after the event, should your organizing Board of Dentistry accept those courses.
