The executive director is an appointed officer of the FDA and serves as its chief administrative officer. The executive director also supervises the chief operating officers of the FDA, FDA Services Inc., the Florida National Dental Convention and the Florida Dental Health Foundation Inc.

• Agency Relations
• Florida National Dental Convention
• Information Systems
• Legal

The chief operating officer oversees the following departments within the FDA:

• Governmental Affairs
• Member Relations and Communications
• Publications
