2024 Women Inspire and Navigate Dentistry

The Florida Dental Association invites you to a full-day of peer-to-peer learning at the iconic Biltmore Hotel, inspired and led by women in dentistry. Earn eight hours of CE while learning from experts in the field and networking with your peers. Attend this event for learning and fun, and leave with new insights, strategies and connections to succeed as women in dentistry.

The 2024 WIND event will take place at the Biltmore Hotel, located at 1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33144.

Hotel Reservations

The FDA has a block of rooms set aside for attendees at the  Biltmore Hotel at a special event rate of $239 per night + applicable taxes and a $10 resort fee. Complimentary parking for one vehicle is included in this discounted room rate. "Florida Dental Women in Dentistry Event" to make your reservation. The WIND room block is closed. To make adjustments to your reservation, please contact the Biltmore Hotel directly at 855.311.6903.

Registration Pricing: $449 for FDA members and ASDA dental students | $499 for non-members and non-ASDA dental students.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and/or requests for refunds for WIND must be made in writing and received postmarked by September 6, 2024. All complete registration cancellations are subject to a service and handling fee in the amount of $30 per cancelled registrant. Refunds are paid to the individual whose name appears at the top of the check or on the credit card used to pay for registration. Please allow up to two weeks after the meeting for refunds to be processed. No cancellation refunds will be honored for any reason after the deadline of September 6, 2024.
