Free Offsite Parking & Shuttle Service
Parking at the Gaylord Palms is extremely limited for attendees who do not stay at the hotel. If you are not a hotel guest, there is a daily self-parking and valet fee. In-and-out privileges are not available. FDC recommends that attendees use the free off-site parking and shuttle service.
We encourage you to save time and money by going directly to the off-site parking lot and taking the free shuttle to Gaylord Palms. The free off-site parking shuttle bus service is the most convenient option for attendees not staying at Gaylord Palms.
Please allow ample time (at least one hour prior to course start) to park at the off-site parking location, take the shuttle bus to Gaylord Palms, print your badge and locate your course(s). Refunds will not be given for courses missed due to parking or shuttle bus delays.
Gaylord Palms Parking
Self-parking is FREE for attendees staying within the FDC discounted room block at Gaylord Palms. There is limited parking at Gaylord Palms for attendees not staying at Gaylord. The self-parking fee is $40 per day for attendees NOT staying at the hotel, and the valet charge is $50 per day.
