FDC 2024 Accommodations

All courses, events and the Exhibit Hall during the 2026 Florida Dental Convention will be held at the  Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center located at 6000 W. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

Please allow ample time (at least one hour prior to course start) to park at the off-site parking location, take the shuttle bus to Gaylord Palms, print your badge and locate your course(s). Refunds will not be given for courses missed due to parking or shuttle bus delays.

Gaylord Palms Parking

Self-parking is FREE for attendees staying within the FDC discounted room block at Gaylord Palms. There is limited parking at Gaylord Palms for attendees not staying at Gaylord. The self-parking fee is $38 per day for attendees NOT staying at the hotel, and the valet charge is $50 per day.

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center

The Gaylord Palms Resort is now sold out for FDC2026, but great news, we’ve secured discounted room blocks at nearby hotels for your convenience. Take advantage of these alternate hotel options located just minutes from the convention and book early to guarantee availability.

    Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando Celebration

    The Florida Dental Convention offers a discounted block of rooms at the Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando Celebration. Located less than two miles from Gaylord Palms, this hotel room block offers convenience and free shuttle service. 

    • Room Rate: $149 per night, including free shuttle service to and from Gaylord Palms.

    • Reservations: The room block is closed. Call 407.396.7000 for reservation assistance.
    • Shuttle Service: Free shuttle service to Gaylord Palms will be available for 3 hours in the morning and evening, Thursday, June 25, through Saturday, June 27. The detailed shuttle schedule will be available for Delta Hotel guests closer to FDC.
