International Attendees

Attendees from outside of the United States will need a visa to come into the country. The time frames for the visa application processes are difficult to predict with accuracy for any individual applicant and could vary significantly by country. Advance planning, 4-6 months in advance of the meeting, on the part of traveler is essential to receive a visa in time for proposed travel dates to the United States. The U.S. Department of State is the primary source for current visitor visa information.  

Attendees from some countries may be eligible for the Visa Waiver Program/Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) Program.  

COVID-19

Please review the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) webpage prior to making travel arrangements to confirm specific COVID-19 travel guidelines. Per the CDC. Non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrants: You must show proof of being fully vaccinated with the primary series of an accepted COVID-19 vaccine before you board your flight to the United States. Only limited exceptions apply.
