Pay Your Membership Dues
Need other options? There are multiple ways to pay your dues:
Auto-Renew
Set up your membership dues to automatically renew each year by paying this year’s dues online and selecting the auto-renew option.
OPTION 1: AUTO-RENEW PAYMENT PLAN
RENEW ONLINE BY JAN. 1* to enroll in the nine-month payment plan (January–September). Your future dues will remain on the nine-month payment plan and will be charged to your credit card on file beginning in January of each new membership year. *After this date, auto-renew is only available as the full payment option.
OPTION 2: AUTO-RENEW FULL PAYMENT
With this option, your dues will be processed when submitted and your future dues will be processed every December before the upcoming membership year (January-December).Click here to pay your dues!

Pay your dues in full or set up a monthly dues installment plan with a credit card.
If you are not logged in, you will be required to login using your username and password on file with the ADA.
- Your username (which is your email address registered with the ADA)
- Your password associated with your ADA username
If you know your email but not your password, you can use the option to reset your password.

Important Note: If you pay your dues "in-full" online, it may take up to three (3) business days for your account to be charged.

Use the self-addressed blue envelope for a one-time payment in full by check. Make your check payable to the Florida Dental Association.
Credit Card:
Use the self-addressed blue envelope to submit your payment in full or enroll in the dues installment plan by submitting your dues statement with your credit card information. Don’t forget your signature!
