Registration Categories

Dentist/FDA Member*

This registration category is for all FDA member dentists, including retired, life and dual members.

Dentist/ADA Member*

This registration category is for ADA member dentists that are not members of the FDA. Included in this registration is dual membership with the FDA for 2024.The registration fee associated with this category ($130) is non-refundable.

Dentist/Active Military

This registration category is for active military dentists. A copy of your active military ID card must be submitted to the FDA at fdc@floridadental.org to receive this discount.

Dentist/Non-ADA/Non FDA Member

This registration category is for all dentists that are not members of the ADA or FDA. If you are interested in becoming an FDA member and receiving FREE pre-registration, contact the FDA at 850.681.3629.

Int'l Dentist/ADA Affiliate Member*

This registration category is for international dentists that are ADA affiliate members.

Int'l Dentist/Non-ADA Affiliate Member

This registration category is for international dentists that are not ADA affiliate members.

Dental Student/ASDA Member*

This registration category is for dental students (D1-D4) that are ASDA members. Dental residents and interns are no longer dental students, and therefore cannot register in this category. If eligible, dental residents and interns are urged to apply for FREE FDA membership by contacting the FDA at 850.681.3629.

Dental Student/Non-ASDA Member

This registration category is for dental students (D1-D4) that are not members of ASDA. Dental residents and interns are no longer dental students, and therefore cannot register in this category. If eligible, dental residents and interns are urged to apply for FREE FDA membership by contacting the FDA at 850.681.3629.

FDA Past President*

This registration category is for past presidents of the FDA.

FDA Past President Spouse*

This registration category is for any spouse or family member of an FDA Past President. Attendees registered in this category will not receive CE credit for courses attended.

Section Hygienist*

This registration category is for dental hygienists employed by an FDA member dentist. You may still register as this category if your FDA member dentist is not attending FDC.

Section Chairside Assistant*

This registration category is for all dental assistants employed by an FDA member dentist. You may still register as this category if your FDA member dentist is not attending FDC.

Section Business Assistant*

This registration category is for office staff or managers employed by an FDA member dentist. You may still register as this category if your FDA member dentist is not attending FDC.

Non-section Hygienists

This registration category is for dental hygienists not employed by an FDA member dentist.

Non-section Chairside Assistant

This registration category is for dental chairside assistants not employed by an FDA member dentist.

Non-section Business Assistant

This registration category is for dental office staff or managers not employed by an FDA member dentist.

Lab Technician

This registration category is for dental laboratory technicians.

Exhibit Hall Only

This registration category is for dentists, team members and guest/spouses. This pass is not available for dental companies/vendors. Individuals can attend the Exhibit Hall all three days of the convention but cannot register for courses or attend events in this registration category. If an attendee wishes to take courses or attend events, they must pay to upgrade their registration by calling 850.807.4997 before June 17 or visiting the Onsite Registration during FDC.

Auxiliary Student (Hygiene/Assisting)

This registration category is for any currently enrolled dental assisting or dental hygiene student. Contact your faculty adviser to register in this category. Dental auxiliary faculty can request the student registration form by contacting FDC at fdc@floridadental.org.

Guest
(19+ years of age)

This registration category is for any non-dental spouse, relative or child (over the age of 18) of a registered attendee. All guests must be registered within a dental professional attendee's registration. Attendees registered in this category will not receive CE credit for courses attended.

Child
(8-18 years of age)

This registration category is for any child or relative ages 8 to 18 of a registered attendee. A child must be registered within a dental professional attendee's registration.

Non-exhibiting Manufacture/Non-dentist

This registration category is for companies or organizations that wish to attend the convention without exhibiting. Interested companies should contact FDC Exhibits Coordinator at drhodes@floridadental.org or 850.350.7108 to register as this category.
