Service Animal Policy
Pets are not allowed in the Exhibition Hall for the duration of the Florida Dental Association, except for service animals. As defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
You must fill out the FDC Service Animal Form. The form must be received by May 14, 2027; if not received by this date, the service animal will be denied access to the exhibit hall for the duration of FDC2027. We will also need a copy of your animals' up-to-date vaccination report.
