Leaders Emerging Among Dentistry (LEAD) is the Florida Dental Association’s signature leadership development program. LEAD provides participants with training to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills. In addition to overall leadership development, LEAD gives attendees a backstage pass to FDA happenings and leadership opportunities. This is a great opportunity to get plugged into organized dentistry at all levels of the tripartite and grow in your leadership abilities.
This one-day, high-energy program brings together dentists and dental students from across Florida for an inspiring lineup of speakers, interactive sessions, and valuable networking opportunities.

- Cost: The cost for FDA member dentists and current dental students is $25.00. The cost for non-member dentists is $50.00 and will be available as space allows.
- Hotel: The FDA has secured a room block at the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. Rooms in the block are available until January 5, 2027.
